Founding List & Origin Halo Terms
These terms explain how the free pre-launch Founding List and the later First 200 / Origin Halo founder placements work.
Version 1.1.0 · Effective 11 July 2026
1. Pre-launch status
Joining the Founding List is a free request for early consideration before paid placements open. It is not a purchase, paid reservation, ownership right, guaranteed placement or promise of future value.
2. Founding List position
The Founding List may contain any number of creators. List position gives priority access when paid placements open, not ownership, automatic reservation or guaranteed First 200 / Origin Halo status. Eligible creators seeking Diamond, Ruby or Sapphire placements are invited in Founding List order. Invitations may be sent in batches.
3. Applicants aged 13–17
A creator aged 13–17 may submit a Founding List application, but the entry remains provisional until a parent or legal guardian has verified and approved it. No public profile, paid placement or direct brand contact may be activated before verification.
The original application timestamp may be preserved while guardian verification is pending. A preserved timestamp does not reserve an Origin Halo or First 200 founder position.
4. First 200 / Origin Halo eligibility
First 200 does not mean the first 200 Founding List signups. Paid access follows the invitation process and payment windows described in these terms. Only approved Diamond, Ruby or Sapphire placements with completed qualifying payment count toward the limit of 200 founder placements.
Emerald and Amethyst placements do not count toward the First 200 and do not receive the Origin Halo unless the creator later chooses a qualifying Diamond, Ruby or Sapphire tier and completes the required approval and payment within the invitation window. A free signup, intended tier selection, approval alone or unpaid reservation does not secure a First 200 position.
5. How a First 200 place is secured
Each invitation states a payment deadline, for example a 24–48 hour window. The deadline stated in the invitation applies. If that window expires without completed payment, the opportunity passes to the next eligible creator in the queue. An invitation alone does not secure a place. A First 200 position is counted only when an eligible creator has completed the required approval process and qualifying payment. If a creator is rejected, withdraws, does not complete guardian verification where required, cannot complete payment, misses an applicable payment deadline, provides false information or otherwise becomes ineligible before qualifying payment, that creator does not consume one of the 200 founder positions.
6. Shield reveal sequence
- The globe may be presented behind a shield or veil during the founder launch phase.
- The shield consists of 200 visual fields or segments.
- Each completed qualifying First 200 Diamond, Ruby or Sapphire payment for an approved placement removes exactly one shield field.
- Fields are removed in a predetermined, scattered, random-like sequence, not in geographic or orderly progression.
- When qualifying payment number 200 is completed, the shield is fully removed and the globe is fully unlocked.
Visual progress is a presentation of founder-launch progress and does not by itself establish legal entitlement, payment status or ownership rights.
7. Origin Halo founder status
Origin Halo is secured only after approval and completed qualifying payment within the stated window, while First 200 places remain. Each qualifying First 200 creator receives the permanent Origin Halo founder marking connected to the approved placement. Origin Halo status may not be sold or transferred without written consent and remains subject to the platform rules applying to the placement.
8. Founder assets and physical fulfilment
Digital founder assets may be made available after qualifying payment. The planned physical founder reward includes an acrylic stand or plaque, badge and presentation packaging. Physical production and fulfilment begin after payment and are not expected to be immediate. Any final fulfilment details shown before payment form part of the applicable purchase terms.
9. Pricing and tiers
Final pricing, included tier benefits and upgrade rules must be shown clearly before payment. Founding List participation does not lock a price unless the signup page expressly states that a specific price is guaranteed.
10. Approval before placement
The intended launch flow is application and review before paid placement. If a payment authorisation is ever taken before final approval, checkout information must explain whether it is only a temporary authorisation and how it is cancelled if approval is denied.
11. Removal and enforcement
An Origin Halo or placement can be suspended or removed for material rule violations, fraud, unlawful content, impersonation, chargeback abuse or other grounds stated in the Terms. Any refund or remedy remains subject to mandatory law and the Purchase, Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
12. Changes before paid launch
Because the Founding List is pre-launch, non-essential mechanics may be refined. Material changes to price, eligibility or First 200 mechanics must be communicated before payment, and renewed acceptance should be collected where appropriate.
